Postponed Due to Covid-19: Tottenham Hotspurs Vs Brighton And Hove Albion.

After registering large numbers of covid-19 cases, the Premier league board has decided to postpone Tottenham Hotspurs' game against Brighton and Hove Albion which was due to take place on Sunday 12th December. In an interview with the BBC, Antonio Conte, their manager said he was scared of the covid-19 outbreak on Tottenham's squad

Tottenham's match against Rennes in the Europa Conference League on Thursday was earlier called off after 8 cases were spotted among their team and several others in the coaching body. 

In an official statement, Tottenham Hotspurs said, "We can confirm that our Premier League fixture at Brighton & Hove Albion, on Sunday 12 December at 14:00, has been postponed following a Premier League Board meeting this afternoon." The full statement is till now pinned onto Tottenham's Official Website.

This will be the 2nd time Tottenham's match has been suspended in less than a month following the incidence of heavy snow that saw their match against Burnley postponed just two hours to kick off.
