C(caps)helsea are optimistic N'Golo Kante will sign a new deal, but there is currently not the same feeling over Jorginho with the club braced for the possibility of him leaving on a free transfer this summer. Chelsea are focused on extending both N'Golo Kante and Mason Mount's deal, with the club set to reopen talks with Mount this month. Despite N'Golo Kante likely staying, Chelsea are committed to signing at least one big-money midfielder either this month or during the summer. Moises Caicedo and Alexis McAllister are alternative targets to Enzo for January. Rice and Bellingham are summer targets but not rated as frontrunners for either player at this time.
