Hakim Ziyech has been left out in Morocco's provisional squad for Africa Cup Of Nations, as EPL counterparts like Nicholas Pepe and Eric Bailly were included in their national teams . The AFCON 2021is supposed to take place in Cameroon starting January 9 to February 6, 2022.
According to the Daily Mail , Morocco's senior team manager, Vahid Halilhodzic accuses the Chelsea star for intentionally refusing to train and showing up late. At the moment, it's a fact that Ziyech is Morocco's most talented player. Several Sports media across Europe has referred to this as a boost to Chelsea who will be having this player during the months of January and February as opposed to fellow teams like Liverpool who will play their Premier League fixtures without Naby Keita, Sadio Mane and Mohammed Salah.

Ziyech, known for his finishing, dribbling, long passes, technique, and ability from free kicks joined Chelsea from Ajax in 2020 under the reign of former Chelsea coach, Frank Lampard. The attacking Midfielder has scored 3 goals in 33 appearances for Chelsea and 17 goals in 40
appearances for the Atlas Lions.
